For any item you wish to purchase, please click on the “Buy Now” button. Your browser will be
redirected to the secure PayPal site, where you can enter your payment and shipping information.
It is important to note, you DO NOT need a PayPal account to make a purchase from Pink Chapeau.
Although payments from a PayPal account are perfectly fine, we also use PayPal as our credit card
processor (see below).
If you do not wish to complete your transaction over the internet, simply
click the “Cancel and Return to Merchant” option from within the PayPal site screen and you will
be returned to Pink Chapeau and instructions for alternate payment methods will be displayed.
You will be prompted to submit an email address to us for follow up. You will be contacted by
email so that we may obtain the necessary information from you to complete the transaction.
Items will be placed “On Hold” for 10 days. If we do not receive payment within that time, the
item will be returned to stock. Your item will be shipped upon clearance of your payment.
Orders processed through the PayPal checkout will be shipped right away.
8% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to New York addresses. We can only ship to your
verified PayPal address or verified credit card address.
Please note that the online shopping environment is highly dynamic and the availability of an item
may change quickly. All items are subject to prior sale.
All items sold on Pink Chapeau Vintage Jewelry are used or vintage items. As such, they may exhibit
normal wear from age and usage. No items should be assumed to be new, or in “Mint” condition.
Most items are one of a kind. In the uncommon situation where Pink Chapeau has multiple copies of
a particular item, there will be separate, distinct listings.
Returns
Pink Chapeau Vintage Jewelry wants to ensure that our customers are pleased with their purchases.
We offer a 90 day guarantee on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may return your order and receive a refund of the full purchase price including tax.
Please email sales@pinkchapeau.com to notify us of your intention to return the
item, and receive a return merchandise authorization. You will be asked the reason for your
return so that we at Pink Chapeau are aware of our customers’ concerns. We will also ask you to
describe the condition of the item. Please package your item carefully to prevent breakage or
damage. The item must arrive to us in the condition in which you received it in order to
receive a full refund. For refunds other than damaged items, return shipping will be at the
buyers’ expense.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped for free via Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service.
We are sorry, but at present, we can only ship to US addresses.

address, telephone number, address, phone numbers, and the like which are provided by the customer
are used solely for the purpose of completing orders.
Pink Chapeau Vintage Jewelry uses PayPal as our secure payment processor. Pink Chapeau will
never see any of your credit card or bank account information. You do not have to have a PayPal
account to purchase from our site with PayPal. You can pay via MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
